If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 10 days of receiving it, provided that it is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us first with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the item.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the product is received and inspected.

• Due to hygiene reasons, used whitening products cannot be returned or refunded.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
